This program includes the Certificate IV in Hospitality ( Commercial Cookery ) SIT40407 qualification.

This training program is delivered over a 2 year period. As in Certificate IV Commercial Cookery, the student spends 1 day in class with 2 days in a kitchen environment ( demonstration and commercial kitchens ) averaging attendance of 21 hours per week.
