1. Academia International is a true International school with over 40 nationalities including Australian students attending our Vocational and English courses. We have a well balance of nationalities in every class without a single nationality dominating the rest. In fact, Academia International is one of the few private providers willing to publish their nationality balance for their entire college (see below)..

2. Academia International's student drop out rate is in the single digits. Students WANT to stay at Academia International and not change Colleges.
    

3. All facilities are in-campus. Our students do not need to be transported to far away kitchens or Salon/Beauty facilities.
    

4. As we have many curriculums running our students enjoy the benefits of studying at Academia International. Hairdressers are always looking for models from ESL and Hospitality students, Beauty Therapy students are inviting other students for Facials, Massages, Cookery students run a buffet every month and students are invited to sample their cooking and  finally everyone loves the Patisserie students especially as the trays of sweets and cakes are taken to the common room to be enjoyed by all.
    

5. Our courses are practically oriented with a good balance between hands on tuition and underpinning theory.
    

6. We continue to identify and recruit experienced supporting staff and trainers with staff from across the globe including but not limited to Switzerland, Italy, Canada, Brazil, Lebanon, Korea, Thailand, China, Greece and of course Australia.
    

7. We are not complacent with these achievements, we continue to look for areas for improvement
    

8. Situated in the geographical centre of Melbourne Australia, our students enjoy being in the midst of Melbourne's Central Shopping, Entertainment, Restaurant and Business district. Twice voted as the most liveable city in the World, Melbourne is Australia's capital of food, fashion and entertainment. With clubs and bars, central markets, main tourist district, fashion stores, restaurants and much more all within walking distance from our college. Being one of the most multicultural city in the world, local and international students are made to feel welcome.
